Community Literacy Projects

As well as working with schools, colleges and individuals, ThatReadingThing works in partnership with organisations which are rooted in communities where they have relationships with schools, pupil referral units, other community groups and, most importantly, young people.

Choose options from the menu above.

Here are our current partners:

The Gap Project

Worth Unlimited West Midlands, Waltham Forest and Redbridge

Tewkesbury Baptist Church also has a project working in a variety of settings including schools, Connexions, the library and a local neigbourhood project.

Freeset Bags I’ve put this under community literacy because Freeset is about community and I’m proud that we can support them in their work while getting a great product. Read about the project and, if you order a bag, tell them ThatReadingThing sent you.  (If you’re in North America, look here.)
